We love any reason to celebrate! Date nights, anniversaries, marriage proposals, bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls nights, “just because”, brunches, baby showers, gender reveals etc. We are open to setting up for any types of events, if we have the inventory.
Please submit the booking form through our website or email us the details of your event. Once we receive the email, we will check for availability and reply with date confirmation or request for an alternate date. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance of payment is due 1 week prior to your event date.
We provide a list of our pre-selected park locations. We also deliver the picnic to be set-up in backyards & other venues (upon approval). We also provide local beach set-ups for an additional fee. *(any location more than 30 miles away from Orlando, FL a travel fee will be applied).

Yes, of course! We provide you with plates, cups, utensils, and napkins.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. Please be advised it is your responsibility to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space used for the event. It is always important to follow the rules of the location and to be responsible and respectful. Styles Soirées, LLC takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties that occurred. We are not liable for the disregard of those rules.
Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during booking. We give a 15 minute grace period to arrive.
If you and your guests plan to leave early, please message any of our team members to notify us, so our items are not left unattended. You are responsible for the picnic items until they are collected by Styled Soirées, LLC.
If there is bad weather conditions, don't worry. We can deliver the picnic to a indoor or covered location provided by you; or reschedule your booking.
If we receive a cancellation email 72 hours prior the event – we will offer you a partial refund of 50% and/or apply the original 50% non-refundable deposit towards a rescheduled event.
If we receive a cancellation notice 48 hours prior the event – the total payment is non-refundable, however, we will gladly reschedule your event to another date of your choice. Please be advised that a reschedule date has to be within 3 months of the original event date.
*Please note any custom purchases or vendor orders paid by Styled Soirées, LLC in advance may be invoiced for payment.
Sure. We just ask that you make us aware when booking if there will be children attending your picnic so we can plan our inventory use accordingly.
Please keep any pets off of the rugs, pillows, and other parts of the setups that can be damaged. If you’d like a totally pet friendly picnic we are happy to provide a table and decor set up without rugs and cushions. Any excessive damage, odors, staining, or pet hair can be subject to additional charges.
